Downloadable Material
Once purchased, we are unable to accept cancellation of orders for ebooks or any digital items. Digital products that are made available to you in your Resource Library and/or sent to you by email after purchase are ineligible for refund.
However, if for some reason your purchased product(s) get accidently deleted or digitally corrupted, we will resend them to you. If this is the case, please email us at customer services, providing the name of the product(s) that need replacing, along with your original order number. Upon establishing ownership, we will resend your purchased product(s).
Sample pages of all of our ebooks are freely available on our website for you to view before purchasing.
